ORIGIN: Collected, named, and introduced by Mark Collins.

DESCRIPTION: Stems are villos. Ligules margins are maroon and lobed. Leafs are narrowly elliptic and pubescent. Leafs are dark green on the upper surface and light green on the underside. Ligules are red. Inflorescence is subcylindrical and comprised of thick red pubescent bracts that have a rigid geometric appearance. Flowers are yellow. Blooms are basal and terminal.
