NOTES: This is same as 'Crimson Feathers'.
ORIGIN: Collected, named, and introduced by Mark Collins, found in southern Peru.

DESCRIPTION: Stems are green and pubescent. Lingules are slightly swollen. Leaves are narrowly elliptic; upper surface is glabrous and underside is pubescent. Inflorecence are terminal and subclylindrical. Base of bracts are tight while tips are feathery and flare out. Bracts are charteous with a green stripe along bract centerline. Flower is pink to red.
